When I first started I was very skeptical about it all. Once I prayed on it and went through my first couple of sessions, it went very well in timing. I still go. Sessions are great- very much enjoy it. You have to put in work and want to be able to grow, but with the help she gives you. We always have a good time. Everyone needs to experience meditation with Amber. Even if you think you don't... you do. You will not regret it! Amber led our local group of Girl Scouts in a guided meditation to help them earn their Science of happiness badge. To earn their badge they needed to learn how to 1.) make themselves happy, 2.) Think differently for happiness, and 3.) Create a happiness action plan. They were able to learn all 3 things and more. It was a relaxing experience like none other. I myself have never previously done a meditation, but she made the first time amazing and I would love to do it again. You truly listen to your body and self. You feel much lighter after the experience. Amber is truly wonderful at what she does! You can see and feel the passion she has in helping others find that inner peace, strength, and happiness.
